Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center is designed to provide community-based mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Services of the program are provided in a non-residential environment to help consumers maximize independent living skills as well as function as part of the community.

Services: Evaluation, Community Support, Crisis Intervention, Medication, Consultation, Targeted Case Management, Intensive Community Psychatric Rehabilitiation, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation.
