Port Cape Girardeau is a historic restaurant and lounge. The building is one of the oldest standing structures west of the Mississippi River. Our abstract dates back to a Spanish land grant to Don Louis Lorimier, one of the city's founding fathers. Our building is dated 1830s to 1850s circa.
A proud trademark of Port Cape Girardeau Restaurant is the refurbished historic Coca-Cola sign on the north side of the present building. Guests of Port Cape can view the majestic and mighty Mississippi River and the riverfron mural, just a few feet east of the restaurant entrance.
The decor of the building's interior reflects its historic past, and the aroma of hickory smoked barbeque entices visitors to enjoy a taste-tempting feast in a truly unique atmoshpere. We house a full service restaurant and bar and two banquet facilities:
The River City Yacht Club, upstairs at Port Cape, seats up to 120 people and overlooks the river.
The Captain's Quarters is on the main level of the restaurant and seats up to 56 people.

Port Cape is one of the premier caterers in the area and services all types of events, small and large.
Our delivery service enables our customers to enjoy our food at their home or office seven days a week for lunch or dinner. All you have to do is call 334-0954.
Port Cape has some of the area's best live music every Thursday night with the Ivas John Band from 8pm - 12pm. Sundays, Bruce Zimmerman and the Water Street Band and others entertain in the Water Street Lounge.
